06/07/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's

transfer vide order dated 22.06.2021 is clearly contrary to the

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated

22.06.2021/26.06.2021 (Annex.4) shall remain stayed.
