Learned counsel for the petitioners makes a limited prayer to

the effect that the representations filed by the petitioners on

03.10.2016 and 27.9.2017 (Annex. 3 and 5 respectively) may

kindly be directed to be decided expeditiously by the Jodhpur

Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Jodhpur

Municipal Corporation has submitted that he has no objection to

the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the Jodhpur Municipal Corporation to consider and

decide the representations filed by the petitioners on 3.10.2016

and 27.9.2017 (Annex. 3 and 5 respectively) strictly in accordance

with law, preferably within a period of one month from the

production of certified copy of this order.
