Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners who

are opponent No.2 in the present case, were not served with the

amended claim and actually the copy of the amended claim was

made available to them on 23.11.2020. On 23.11.2020, the

petitioners were not present and the arguments were heard and

the judgment has been pronounced by the authority on

03.12.2020 without giving any opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner. Learned counsel has also raised certain other points.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application,

returnable within four weeks.

Notice be given 'dasti', as prayed.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of order dated

03.12.2020 shall remain stayed.
