Judgment / Order

1. Petitioners have filed these second bail applications under

Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.82/2020 was registered at Police Station Jawar,

District Jhalawar for offence under Sections 8, 15, 25, 29 of NDPS

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners

were not knowing that they were hired for bringing the

contraband.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed these second bail

applications. It is contended that the matter pertains to

commercial quantity. Petitioners were having cash money for

purchasing of contraband. They were caught near the place of

occurrence. The vehicle containing the contraband was seized.

They were having telephonic conversation with the person who

was carrying the contraband.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the

State, I am not inclined to entertain these second bail

applications.

7. These second bail applications are, accordingly, dismissed.
