Order

13/01/2021

Mr. Bhaleria, learned counsel for the petitioner while relying

upon judgment dated 25.07.2018 in SB Civil Writ Petition

No.10796/2018 (Jiya Devi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), which

has been followed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in its

judgment dated 15.10.2019 (Jitendra Kumar Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.), asserts that the LDC recruitment of 2013 is not

yet over and respondents have not called the candidates in

furtherance of the Court order dated 29.05.2018.

He prays that the respondents be directed to conduct

document verification of the petitioner.

(2 of 2) [CW-13396/2019]

In prima facie opinion of this Court, intermittent indulgence

cannot be granted to the candidates one after another, who failed

to appear for document verification at the initial stage.

Be that as it may, since the State Government had issued

the circular dated 29.05.2018, learned counsel for the State is

directed to apprise the Court as to whether or not a general

notification/advertisement was issued with a view to enable all the

similarly situated candidates to appear for document verification?
