Mr. Bhaleria, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 31.12.2020, sending the petitioner from Panchayat Samiti Loonkaransar to any other Panchayat Samiti, out of the Assembly area, is contrary to the judgment dated 20.1.2020 of this Court rendered in Chandrakanta Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

The matter requires consideration. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within six weeks.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated 31.12.2020, qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.

List this case alongwith SBCWP No.174/2021.
