1. Defect/s pointed out by the Registry in S.B. Criminal Misc.

Bail Application No.12230/2020 is/are waived.

2. Petitioner has filed these bail applications under Section 439

Cr.P.C.

3. F.I.R. Nos.0235/2019 & 0514/2019 was registered at Police

(2 of 3) [CRLMB-12229/2020]

Station Sanganer, Jaipur City (East) for offence under Sections

379 & 356 I.P.C.

4. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the

allegations against the petitioner is of receiving golden chains

which were snatched by co-accused. Recovered chain was not

identified by the complainant. Petitioner has remained in custody

for a period of more than one year. It is also contended that after

arrest in one case, petitioner was made accused in other cases. He

has been granted bail in similar type of cases by the High Court.

5. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed these bail

applications. It is contended that petitioner has criminal

antecedents.

6. I have considered the contentions.

7. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the

petitioner, I deem it proper to allow these bail applications.

8. These bail applications are, accordingly, allowed and it is

directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided

he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees

One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of

Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction

of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before

that Court and any Court to which the matter be transferred, on

all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do

so.

9. A copy of this order be sent to concerned S.H.O. for

recording this condition in the Village Crime Record Book so that

in the event of petitoner's repeating offence, S.H.O. can move the

Court for cancellation of bail.

10. A copy of this order be placed in connected file.
