1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439

Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.66/2020 was registered at Police Station Sanganer

Sadar, Jaipur Metropoolitan for offence under Sections 392 I.P.C.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner

has remained in custody for a period of one year.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

It is contended that petitioner has criminal antecedents of like

nature and he was also identified in test identification parade. It is

a case of robbery. It is also contended that similar type of three

cases are pending against the petitioner and other gang member

is not yet arrested.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the

State, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application.

7. This bail application is, accordingly, dismissed.
