Order
21/01/2021 Both the counsels agreed that the issue raised in the present
writ petition stands adjudicated by this court in SBCWP
No.1984/2018 (Chandershekhar Chaubisa Versus State of
Rajasthan) and connected similar writ petitions decided on
8.7.2019 whereby this court has observed that the committee of
the Department shall take steps for considering the case of the
petitioner for continuing his suspension as the committee has
already been informed for the purpose that the petitioner's case
shall be considered in light of the judgment passed by this court
from time to time for revoking the petitioner's suspension.
Decision in this regard shall be taken by the committee within one
month henceforth.
If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it shall be open for him to
move appropriate court for redressal of his grievances.

The writ petition as well as all pending applications stand
disposed of.
