After arguing for some time, Mr. Prajapat, learned counsel for

the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with

a liberty to file a representation before the competent authority to

consider their candidatures also in light of judgment dated

08.01.2020, passed by Jaipur Bench in D.B. SAW No.908/2017,

Namonarayan Sharma Vs. State & Ors.

                                         The    present       writ   petition      is,   therefore,     dismissed       as

                                   withdrawn     with     a    direction      to     the     petitioners   to    file   a

                                   representation       before       the      competent           authority,    seeking

consideration of their cases also in light of the Division Bench

judgment rendered in the case of Namonarayan (supra).

The stay application also stands dismissed.

In case the respondents do not consider petitioners' cases in

light of judgment dated 08.01.2020, petitioners will be free to

take appropriate remedies including filing of fresh writ petition.
