Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel Dr. Nupur Bhati, appeared on behalf of
appellant through VC and Mr. Rakesh Arora appeared on behalf of
respondent through VC.
Both the parties submitted an application for correction in
earlier order dated 21.01.2020. Thereafter, application for
correction of same effect was filed by learned counsel for the
appellant on 02.12.2020.
Learned counsel for the parties admitted that due to
typographical mistake in earlier interim order, MAC case
no.14/2014 mentioned instead of 21/2014. Therefore, both the
applications are allowed. MAC no.14/2014 may be read as MAC
(2 of 2) [CFA-69/2020]
no.21/2014 in interim order dated 21.01.2020 passed by this
Court.
Applications are disposed of.
S.B. Civil First Appeal No. 606/2020
Mr. Rakesh Arora appears for respondent and stated that
present appeal is time barred and copy of delay condonation
application has not been supplied to him.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to supply copy
of application for condonation of delay to learned counsel for the
respondent.
Mr. Rakesh Arora further agreed that till next date,
respondent will not execute the impugned judgment and decree.
List the matter after two weeks.
