At the outset, counsel for the petitioners have made a limited
prayer that they have filed a representation (Annexure-4 & 5)
before the respondent No.2- the Allianz General Insurance
Company Ltd., GE Plaza, Airport Road, Yerwada, Pune,
Maharashtra, which is still pending, therefore, a direction be
issued to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the
petitioners' claim expeditiously.

In view of limited prayed made by the counsel for the
petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction
to the respondent No.2-- the Allianz General Insurance Company
Ltd., GE Plaza, Airport Road, Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra, to
decide the petitioners' claim (Annexure-4 dated 24.07.2020 &
Annexure-5 dated 29.07.2020) pending before him, within a
period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of
this order.
Stay Petition is also disposed of.
