1. In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being
taken while hearing the matters in Court.
2. Counsel for the petitioner has shown earlier stay order dated
25.01.2019, by which, arrest warrant issued against the petitioner
was ordered to be stayed.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned trial court
has considered stay order to be vacated and, thus, has issued
arrest warrant against the present petitioner.
4. Counsel for the petitioner thereafter took this Court to the
facts and record of case and relied upon the judgment of Asian
Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Central Bureau of
Investigation, decided on 28.3.2018 in Criminal Appeal No.1375
& 1376 of 2013.

5. After carefully going through facts and record of case, this
Court is of the opinion that the interim order passed this Court on
25.01.2019 deserves to be extended.
6. Accordingly, the second stay petition is disposed off while
directing learned trial court to keep the arrest warrant against the
present petitioner stayed.
7. Let the matter be listed for final hearing as soon as possible.
