Application (01/20) has been preferred on behalf of the

petitioners seeking extension of interim order in view of the

judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case

of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vs.

Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16

SCC 299.

For the reasons indicated in the aforesaid application,

the same is allowed. The interim order dated 22.9.2015

granted by this Court is extended till further orders.
