Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue raised

in the present petition is covered by Division Bench judgment in

Namonarayan Sharma & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. D.B.

Special Appeal Writ Petition No. 908/2017, decided on 08.01.2020

at Jaipur Bench and prayed that the present petition may also be

decided in terms of the said judgment.

A perusal of the directions given in the case of Namonarayan

Sharma (supra) indicates that the direction is given in rem and

same pertains to the entire recruitment and no individual orders

are required to be passed for each candidate. The order dated

08.01.2020 reads as under:-

"Accordingly, these appeals as well as all the applications moved by the intervenors stand disposed of directing the respondents to work out as to how many posts out of 41000 notified for the year 2012 recruitment remain unfilled as of today on account of the fact that the candidates who were offered appointment did not join or after joining resigned or left the service and all of them would be treated as vacant posts. Thereafter, the mandamus issued by the learned Single Judge in Umesh Singhal's case shall be complied with. The entire exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from today by the respondents."

In view thereof, no separate directions need to be issued in

the present case. The case of the petitioner would be governed by

the directions given in the case of Namonarayan Sharma (Supra).

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
