It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the

issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by

judgment in the case of Asha & Ors. v. State of Raj. & Ors.: SBCW

No. 24179/2017 on 22.07.2018 at Jaipur Bench, wherein following

the judgment in the case of Hemlata Shrimali & Ors. v. State of

Raj. & Ors.: SBCW No. 3247/2015, decided on 01.04.2015, the

writ petition was disposed of.

In view of the submissions made, the present writ petition

filed by the petitioners is also disposed of in light of and with the

similar directions as given in the case of Asha & Ors. (supra).
