1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

order dated 31.12.2020 (Annex.1) is clearly contrary to the

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

2. The matter requires consideration.

3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

on 15.02.2021.

4. Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order impugned dated

31.12.2020 (Annex.1) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
