1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

aggrieved against order passed by the respondents, whereby, the

petitioner has been posted at a particular School indicated in the

order.

2. After the order of posting, the petitioner made

representation for being posted at School where the posts were

still vacant. However, the respondents did not pass any order on

the said representation.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh detailed representation

(2 of 2) [CW-497/2021]

and the respondents may be directed to decide the said

representation expeditiously.

4. In view of the submissions made, the petitioner may

approach the respondents by way of filing appropriate

representation mentioning all the facts and raising her grievances.

Upon filing the same, it is expected from the respondents to

decide the representation most expeditiously preferably within a

period of four weeks from the date the representation is made

alongwith copy of this order.

5. In case, the petitioner has any grievance qua the disposal of

the representation, she would be free to take appropriate

proceedings in accordance with law.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

7. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
