1. Mr. Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by

impugned order dated 03.12.2020, petitioner's appointment has

been cancelled after two years of her joining, simply because the

experience certificate submitted by the petitioner was not found

satisfactory by the committee.

2. He argues that the committee constituted pursuant to

Division Bench judgment could not have examined the experience

certificate or the entire selection process.

3. The matter requires consideration.

4. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

                                   5.   Meanwhile,   effect    and      operation        of      the   order   dated

03.12.2020, shall remain stayed.
