Petitioner has moved the present application seeking

extension of the interim order, which has apparently lived its life in

view of the judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble the Supreme

Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road P. Ltd. & Anr. Vs.

CBI.

The Court asked learned counsel for the parties to argue the

matter finally.

Mr. Bansal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents,

seeks two weeks' time to argue the matter.

In this view of the matter, the matter is adjourned for two

weeks.

Interim order shall continue till further order.

I.A. No.1/2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
