1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing for both the sides submit

that the similar appeal has already been disposed of by the

judgment of Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Special Appeal

Writ No.105/2019 titled as State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Altaf

Hussain & Ors. dated 02.07.2019 observing as under:-

"The appeal is disposed of setting aside the impugned order. The writ petition is restored to its original number for adjudication before the learned Single Judge with a request that after granting the appellants, who are the respondents in the writ petition, opportunity of filing a reply to the writ petition, the same be decided in accordance with the law."

3. Accordingly, the present appeal also stands disposed of

in the same terms of the judgment dated 02.07.2019 (supra).

4. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
