09/02/2021 This matter comes up on an application filed by Union of India.

The DB Special Appeal was disposed of vide judgment dated 11-1-2021 and Mr. Anand Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present application is no more of any relevance, inasmuch as in contempt proceedings before the Learned Single Judge order was passed on 27-1-2021, pursuant to which directions were issued to call for the petitioner (respondent herein) for medical examination, and if found fit and eligible the authorities were to proceed further.

In view of such order in contempt proceedings, Mr. Anand Sharma does not intend to pursue the application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
