The petitioners by way of this writ petition claim relief of
regularization and absorption on regular basis at Jaipur Division of
North Western Railway.
As per Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal this
writ petition is amenable to jurisdiction before CAT.
In view of Article 323 (A) and the judgment passed by the
Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India AIR 1997
1125 SC, the writ petition would not lie seeking directions for

absorption on regular basis before this court and the remedy lies
before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before
Central Administrative Tribunal which will take into consideration
pendency of this writ petition.
For the purpose of counting limitation, the present writ
petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
All pending applications stands disposed of.
