This appeal is directed against the judgment of the learned

Single Judge dated 21.08.2019.

The learned Single Judge confirmed the order of learned trial

court by holding that the petitioner was not engaged by the State

Roadways Transport Corporation. Being a question of fact, we do

not see any reason to interfere.

The appeal is dismissed. Connected applications if any stand

disposed of.
