The counsel for respondents submits that the civil suit before

the trial court has already been finally decided vide judgment and

decree dated 22.03.2021 passed by learned Additional District

Judge, Anupgarh, District Sriganganagar in Civil Suit No.20/2019,

therefore, this revision petition has become infructuous. The copy

of judgment and decree dated 22.03.2021 has been placed on

record and a copy has already been supplied to counsel for

petitioner.

Surprisingly, the revision petition was got listed at the behest

of respondents, without even informing to the petitioners.

However, now once the copy of judgment and decree dated

22.03.2021 has been supplied to the counsel for petitioner, he

wants to verify the fact of decision of the suit itself.

List the matter on 10.01.2022.
