The appellant-defendant by way of this second appeal assails

the judgment and decree dated 01.11.2021 passed by the

Additional District Judge, Churu in First Appeal Decree

(2 of 2) [CSA-137/2021]

No.01/2017, whereby the registered adoption deed dated

10.12.1986 has been cancelled and the Sub-Registrar has been

directed to make endorsement in the record.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the civil suit for

cancellation of his adoption deed was dismissed by the trial Court

and the first appellate Court committed perversity in cancelling

the registered sale-deed.

Issue notice of appeal as well as stay application. Call for

the record of both the Courts below. Returnable on 03.03.2022.

In the meantime and until further orders, operation of

impugned judgment and decree dated 01.11.2021 passed by the

Additional District Judge, Churu in Appeal Decree No.01/2017 shall

remain stayed.
