The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for fair investigation in FIR bearing No.70/2020 registered against

the petitioners at Police Station Zhinzhinyali, District Jaisalmer for

the offence under Sections 323, 341, 452, 147, 148 and 149 of

IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per the factual

report received, the charge-sheet against Durjan Singh S/o Shri

Khuman Singh and Pawan Kumar Singh S/o Shri Madhu Singh has

been filed before the trial court.

The factual report produced by learned Public Prosecutor is

taken on record.

Thus, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition at

this stage and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
