Both the appeals arises against the judgment and award dated

07.06.2019. As far as respondent No.1 in both the appeals is concerned,

advocate put in appearance , so no need to issue notice to respondent No.1.

Notice of Insurance Company in Appeal No.2065/2019 have been

served, yet none has appeared.

Mr. R.S. Bhati for Mr. Jagdish Vyas is present in person for the

respondent-Insurance Company and seeks instructions to put in appearance in

both the appeals.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent No.3 in both the appeals ,

returnable in four weeks.
