Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail application is made out.

Accordingly, this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C is

rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial

court on or before 13.12.2021 and file an application for bail under

Section 437 Cr.P.C and it is expected from the trial Court that

application will be decided on the same day.

Till 13.12.2021, the petitoner shall not be arrested in

connection with F.I.R. No.284/2021, Police Station Bhupalpura,

District Udaipur for the offences punishable under Sections 419 &

420 IPC & Section 3/6 of Rajasthan Public Examination (Use of Unfair

Means) Act, 1992.
