The petitioner has been arrested in connection with F.I.R.

No.179/2018, Police Station Shambhupura, District Chittorgarh for

the offences punishable under Sections 8/18, 8/15, 18 and 25 of

NDPS Act. He has preferred this interim bail application under

Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's

Uncle (Taooji)-Takhra Ram expired on 09.11.2021 and the

presence of petitioner is very much essential for performing rites

and rituals.

Having considered the facts and circumstances, it is not a fit

case for grant of interim bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the

prayer for interim bail is rejected.
