Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider

petitioner's representation (which he would be filing) in light of the

judgment of this Court in the case of Mangi Lal Lohar Vs.

Maharana Pratap University & Ors. (SBCWP No.3924/2014),

decided on 16.1.2017.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

petitioner to file representation alongwith a web copy and

photostat copy of the judgment passed by this Court in Mangi Lal

(2 of 2) [CW-16829/2021]

Lohar (supra) and any other documents which the petitioner will

be filing.

In case, the representation is filed within a period of three

weeks, the competent officer shall consider and decide the same

within a period of 12 weeks of receipt of the representation.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to

ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same

may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation

in a particular manner.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
