Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the

matter stands covered by the law as laid down by the Division

Bench in bunch of writ petitions preferred by Wine Owners and

allottees namely, M/s Lucky Wines Versus The State of Rajasthan

& Ors.: DBCWP No.2993/2021, decided vide judgment dated

24.03.2021 wherein the relief prayed by the petitioner of renewing

the license was rejected. The petitioner has prayed that he should

be allotted shop earlier closed during Covid period and his license

should be renewed for the next year.

Keeping in view the judgment passed by the Division Bench

(supra), which is binding on the Single Bench, the writ petition is

also accordingly dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
