Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the judgment

passed by this court in the case of SRN School of Education Versus

State of Rajasthan & Others, SBCWP No.4063/2021 and connected

writ petitions decided on 08.04.2021 to submit that issue involved

in the present writ petition is identical.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application,

returnable by 04.10.2021.

In the meanwhile, no action to the detriment of the

petitioner's interest shall be taken by the respondents.

List this case again on 04.10.2021 alongwith SBCWP

No.4840/2021, 4850/2021 & 8826/2021.
