passed by this court reported in 2018 (2) W.L.C. 173 Rajeev

Khanna Urf Raju Versus Smt. Anita Tripathi to submit that

the application moved by the petitioner under Section 65 ought

not have been dismissed.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application,

returnable within six weeks.

In the meanwhile, further proceedings shall remain stayed.

List this case again on 01.10.2021.
