The matter comes up on an application preferred on behalf of

the petitioner. The only prayer in the application is to inspect, if

necessary, the petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for

granting permission to establish Nursing College for GNM course.

In view of the limited prayer, this Court deems it proper to

dispose of the writ petition itself with direction to the respondents

to inspect, if necessary, the petitioner-Institute after the requisite

formalities are completed by the petitioner, and pass appropriate

order preferably within a period of three months from today

strictly in accordance with law, if the Covid-19 situation improves.
