Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the controversy involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the decision dated 08.07.2020 passed by the Jaipur Bench of this Court rendered in Sampat Pashudhan Sahayak Prashikshan Sansthan, Alwar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5798/2020) and other connected matters, therefore, it is prayed that these writ petitions be also disposed of in the light of above referred decision.
