Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the

respondent Bheru Singh is present in Court today and due to

prevalent COVID-19 pandemic, he could not appear previously on

the given date. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted

to mark his attendance now.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to permit the respondent

Bheru Singh to mark his attendance in compliance of the order

dated 11.07.2019.
