By way of this writ petition, the petitioner-institution is

claiming that the respondent- University is not inspecting the

petitioner-institution for granting affiliation to start BA Course with

additional students though the petitioner- institution has already

deposited Rs.20,000/- as inspection fees.

Reply to the writ petition has been filed on behalf of

respondent- University, in which, it is alleged that the petitioner-

institution had never deposited Rs.20,000/- as inspection fees for

affiliation of increased intake capacity and a forged entry is

mentioned in the copy of the application (Annex.-4) annexed with

this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University has

submitted that along with the reply to the writ petition, the

respondent-University has annexed the photo copy of original

application (Annex.-R3/3) submitted by the petitioner-institution,

in which there is no entry/mention of Rs.20,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to clarify

the position.
