The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been
filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR
No.211/2018 registered at Police Station Bhirani, Hanumangarh
for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC.
As per the factual report placed on record by learned Public
Prosecutor, investigation has been completed and charge-sheet is
ready to be filed. However, the accused is intentionally avoiding
the compliance of the notices being sent to him under Section
41(1)(1) Cr.P.C. In this background, the IO is directed to take
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-6634/2019]
coercive measures to apprehend the accused and to present the
charge-sheet in the court concerned at the earliest.
Learned counsel Shri D.S. Thind does not press the instant
misc. petition which is dismissed as such. The stay application is
also dismissed.
