This application for cancellation of bail under Section 439 (2)

Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner-complainant for assailing

the order dated 05.07.2021 whereby, bail under Section 439

Cr.P.C. was granted to the respondent accused No.2 Ravindra.

After having heard and considered the submissions advanced

by the petitioner's counsel and learned Public Prosecutor and after

going through the impugned order and the FIR, I am of the

opinion that no illegality, perversity or factual error is reflected

from the order whereby regular bail was granted to the

respondent No.2-accused. Thus, I am not inclined to accept the

instant application for cancellation of bail, which is rejected as

such.
