The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR

No.450/2014 registered at Police Station CPS ACB Jaipur, District

ACB Jaipur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the I.O.'s

factual report indicating that investigation is complete and only

charge-sheet is to be submitted.

Learned counsel Shri Kunal Bishnoi prays for time.

Learned Public Prosecutor shall inform the I.O. that no stay

is operating on the proceedings.
