     In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant

caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court,

for the safety of all concerned.

     Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the judgment

of this Court passed in Jasveer Vs. State of Rajasthan (S.B.

Criminal Misc. Petition No.239/2014) and prays that the learned

Court below be directed to summon the call details of the

petitioner's mobile phone dated 31.07.2020 & 01.08.2020 along

with tower location.

     In view of the above, the present misc. petition is disposed

of while directing the learned Court below to summon the call

details of the petitioner's mobile phone dated 31.07.2020 &
