Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

on 18.08.2021.

Meanwhile, if the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.13

lakhs on or before 11.08.2021, the respondent-bank shall not

finalize the auction sale took place on 13.07.2021 in respect of the

land in question.

However, it is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit

the amount of Rs.13 lakhs with the respondent-bank on or before

11.08.2021, the respondent-bank is free to proceed further.
