Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

order dated 22.7.2021 (Annex.2) is clearly contrary to the

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

The matter requires consideration. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application. Mr. KS Rajpurohit, learned AAG accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for and is granted four weeks' time to complete his instructions List this case on 7.9.2021, as prayed.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order impugned dated

22.7.2021 (Annex.2) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
