(1)   Mr.   Pawan    Singh,      learned       counsel       appearing      for   the

petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present writ

petitions is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court dated

13.7.2-017 rendered in the case of Jagdish Singh & Ors. Vs. State

of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.5954/2017).

(2) Mr. Pawan Singh submits that the petitioners would be

satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide petitioners'

representation (which they would be filing within a period of two

weeks from today) in accordance with law, more particularly, in

the light of the judgment rendered in the case of Jagdish Singh

(supra).

(3) In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of

with a direction to the petitioners to file their representation(s)

within a period of three weeks, alongwith web copies of the order

instant and photostat copy of the judgment aforesaid.

(4) In case, the representation(s) is/are so addressed, the

competent authority of the respondents shall do the needful in

accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a

period of twelve weeks of receiving the representation(s).

(5) The stay applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
