Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has
a limited prayer to the effect that the respondents may kindly be
directed to inspect the petitioner-institute for the purpose of
conducting para-medical course-DMLT.
In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the
petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the
respondents to inspect the petitioner-institute and pass

appropriate order in accordance with law if necessary after the
requisites are completed by the petitioner-institute.
Ordered accordingly.
Stay Petition is also disposed of.
