The instant criminal misc. application has been filed by the

petitioner for restoration of S.B. Cr. Leave to Appeal No.239/2018,

which was dismissed on 13.02.2020 for non-compliance of the

peremptory order dated 21.01.2020 passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the

restoration application is allowed. Office is directed to restore S.B.

Criminal Leave to Appeal No.239/2018 to its original number.
