Judgment
06/04/2021
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the
petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with F.I.R.
No.85/2019, Police Station Udai Mandir, District Jodhpur for the
offences under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public
Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances as
available on record and the nature and gravity of allegations
levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to accept the
application for pre-arrest bail filed on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the instant bail application under Section 438
Cr.P.C. is rejected as being devoid of merit.
