This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the

petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with F.I.R.

No.85/2019, Police Station Udai Mandir, District Jodhpur for the

offences under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public

Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances as

available on record and the nature and gravity of allegations

levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to accept the

application for pre-arrest bail filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant bail application under Section 438

Cr.P.C. is rejected as being devoid of merit.
