Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public

Prosecutor, learned counsel representing the complainant and

perused the case diary.

There is a distinct allegation of the prosecution that the

petitioner is habitually indulged in threatening factory

management and tries to extort favours/money in this manner.

Previously, the petitioner assaulted factory manager Sachin

Kumawat for which, FIR No.50/2020 has been registered against

him.

In this view of the matter, and considering the nature and

gravity of allegation attributed to the petitioner and as the

investigation is still pending against him, I am not inclined to

enlarge him on bail. Thus, the application for bail filed on behalf of

the petitioner Suresh under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is rejected as

being devoid of merit at this stage.
