                                                                               (2 of 2) [CW-419/2021]

Counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that the facts and

prayers in the writ petition in-question are governed by Division

Bench Judgment passed in DBCWP No. 13467/2016 (Veni Dutt &

Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 20.12.2016 read

with order passed by this Court in D.B. Writ Contempt No.

                                   834/2017 decided on 08.10.2018.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks intervention of this Court.

In the humble opinion of this Court even if there is merit in

this case, then also overreaching orders of Hon'ble Division Bench

of this Court consecutively passed in writ petition and contempt

jurisdiction would not be anything less than judicial indiscipline.

This Court upon recording such observation is not inclined to

make any interference at this stage. The writ petition, thus, is

                                   dismissed.

                                                                 (DR.PUSHPENDRA SINGH BHATI),J.
